2.4 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph45 platform. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph45 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.3 Account Verification. ph45 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) your account identity has been fully verified; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ₱200; and (d) no investigation, hold, or restriction is currently active on your account.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on ph45 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph45 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the User.
4.5 Funds Ownership. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ph45 account originate from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or prohibited activity. ph45 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph45 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error states. ph45's determination in respect of malfunctions is final, subject to the right of appeal described in Section 14.
6.3 Minimum Age Enforcement. ph45 employs robust age verification mechanisms to prevent minors from accessing the platform. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds therein forfeited, as required by Philippine gaming regulations.

ph45 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. You may also close your ph45 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and the absence of any pending investigations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to ph45's internal dispute resolution process. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.
